With the rapid development of computer and digital image processing technology,ultrasonic C-scan technology has been widely used in non-destructive testing,industrial product quality inspection,medical industry and health.The current ultrasound C-scan technology is mainly aimed at two-dimensional images,and the method of three-dimensional reconstruction for target-based ultrasound C-scan images is still relatively less.This paper aims at a three-dimensional reconstruction method of liver tissue model based on ultrasound C-scan data.The main tasks are:1.A reconstruction algorithm based on spot detection and area iteration is given in the paper.The method first calculates the area of the target closed area by removing the noise and extracting the feature.Then,the image with clear outline is taken as a reference layer,and the area is successively matched with the center of mass and closed area for the upper and lower layers to extract each feature area.Finally,the 3D structure of the target is achieved using a 3D reconstruction method based on the feature area.This algorithm is intuitive.The experimental results show that the reconstruction method can obtain a better 3D model.2.A data filtering reconstruction algorithm based on the improved nearest neighbor method is given in the paper.This method firstly selects the adjacent two-layer pictures with less noise and clearer contours in the middle layer of the scanned image,then the eight-connected region method is used to extract the image edge contour and all the images are traversed from the up and down direction.In the traversal direction,one layer is selected as a template,and the target point on the template layer is estimated with the neighboring layer's target point to obtain the nearest possible edge target point,and the noise point farther away from the edge is filtered out.Finally,a 3D model of the target is obtained based on the closed contour obtained.The experimental results show that the method can accurately predict the feature points and obtain good three reconstructed model.3.A software for measuring the volume of liver tissue-like phantom based on three-dimensional reconstruction method is designed and implemented.The software can realize the functions of input of scanning parameters,display of two-dimensional images,display of three-dimensional reconstruction results and volume calculation of reconstruction model.
