The Mi River is an important water supply source in Weifang City.In recent years, over exploitation and utilization of water resources, inadequate protection and management have led to problems such as the reduction of groundwater levels in the Mi River basin, river cutoffs, and aquatic environmental pollution. The optimal allocation of water resources based on ecological water demand is an important way to resolve water shortages, ecological and environmental problems, and water user conflicts. In order to improve the ecological problems of the Mi River Basin, this article collected basic data such as underlying surface data, hydrological flow data, groundwater levels, and water resources development and utilization in the Mi River Basin, and analyzed and calculated the ecological water demand in the Mi River Basin. The numerical simulation method is used to establish an optimal allocation model of water resources in the Mi River Basin based on ecological water demand using WEAP.With 2016 as the current base year, two types of single-factor and eight types of multi-factor plans are established. For single-factor plans, they are calculated separately. The ecological water demand outside the river and its difference under different intensity greening in the planning year 2030 are calculated. For multi-factor plans, the supply and demand water forecast is planned for the planning year 2030,and then the water supply and demand balance analysis is performed.Multi-objective functions are established for each plan Use overall satisfaction to evaluate and get the best plan suitable for the development of the basin.Obtained the following research results and knowledge:(1)Taking 2016 as the current base year, the total water supply in the Mi River Basin is33.482 million m~3,and the total water demand in the river basin is 339.4 million m~3,of which the water demand in the river is 33.309 million m~3 and the water shortage is 4.58 million m~3.(2)Under different greening intensity plans,by 2030 under the low intensity greening plan, the total ecological water demand outside the Mi River channel will be 11.1 million m~3,and under the high intensity greening plan, the total ecological water demand outside the Mi River basin will be 14.8 million.m~3,the difference between the two scenarios is 3.7 million m~3.(3)Under 8 Multi-factor plan, the WEAP model was used to simulate the water supply, water demand and water shortage under each plan in 2030,and the results of the simulation of the water supply and demand balance of each department under different combinations of plans and the results of different combinations Simulation results of water supply and demand balance status outside rivers in major cities. After comparing the overall satisfaction of the various combined plans, the"economy high growth agriculture high-intensity water-saving high-greening intensity"plan has the highest satisfaction, providing a scientific and reliable reference for the improvement of the water ecological environment and optimal allocation of water resources in the Mi River Basin.
