| Twenty kinds free-living nematoda of fourteen genera,seven families and three order of Fujian province were described and illustrated in detail,Meiofaunal groups and abundance were studied at Luoyang River mangrove wetland.The main results are as follows:1)Adoncholaimus luoyangjiangense sp.nov.,Adoncholaimus paracrassicaudus sp.nov.,Viscosia scarificaio sp.nov.and Belbolla vietnamica Gagarin&Nguyen Dinh Tu,2016 of Adoncholaimus,Viscosia,Belbolla of Enoplida were described and illustrated in detail,with dichotomous key or pictorial key for Adoncholaimus were given;Ptycholaimellus iuncturam sp.nov.,Hypodontolaimus donghaiensis sp.nov.,Longicyatholaimus longacauda sp.nov.and Paracyatholaimoides donghaiensis sp.nov.of Ptycholaimellus,Hypodontolaimus,Longicyatholaimus,Paracyatholaimoides of Chromadorida were described and illustrated in detail;Sphaerolaimus longispiculatus sp.nov.,Parasphaerolaimus spinae sp.nov.,Parasphaerolaimus parabrevisetosus sp.nov.,Parasphaerolaimus ferrum sp.nov.,Anticyathus parvous sp.nov.,Terschellingia paralongicaudata sp.nov.,Terschellingia luoyangjiangensis sp.nov.,Daptonema baihajiaoensis sp.nov.,Daptonema quattuor sp.nov.,Daptonema ungula sp.nov.,Theristus fenglinensis sp.nov.and Subsphaerolaimus major Nguyen Vu Thanh&Gagarin,2009 of Sphaerolaimus,Parasphaerolaimus,Subsphaerolaimus,Anticyathus,Terschellingia,Daptonema,Thristus of Monhysterida were described and illustrated in detail,with pictorial key for Sphaerolaimus Parasphaerolaimus were given.2)7 meiofaunal assemblage were identified,including Nematoda,Copepoda,Polychaeta,Oligochaeta,Isopoda,gastropods and other unidentified species.The free-living marine nematodes were first dominant in sampling stations,shared ratio 94.51%-97.50%,the second dominant groups were copepods and polychaetes.The meiofaunal abundance of spring was 1236.76±440.78 ind·10 cm-2,and the meiofaunal abundance of summer was 496.61±192.68 ind·10 cm-2.Seasonal meiofaunal abundance showed significantly difference. |
