Due to China's traditional power industry policy,the business model of China's power industry market has been monopolized for many years.However,due to the openness and complexity of the power market,the operating mode of the power operator is carried out in a certain economic environment.The strategic choice of the power producer is a typical dynamic game process.Therefore,the Chinese government has followed the power reform and gradually developed the regulatory policy from the traditional monopoly to the oligopoly.Therefore,research on how oligopolistic operators compete in the electricity market to maximize profits is a complex and practical application of research,especially in recent years,with the development of Nash equilibrium theory and chaotic dynamics,provides an important analytical tool for the study of the oligopoly model.Mixed application of oligopolistic game theory,bifurcation and chaos theory in nonlinear dynamics,and the application to the practical problems of industrial engineering,better showing the advantages of cross-disciplinary integration.Based on the above theories,this topic solves the problem of price decision and output decision of power operators in the power market when making strategic decisions,and establishes a complex oligopoly dynamic game competition model,which better optimizes the game from both theoretical and practical applications.On the application of chaos theory in industrial engineering.Firstly,this paper introduces and analyzes the current situation of oligopoly competition in the electricity market,and proposes a new theory that solves the problem of electricity market by applying the theory of management economics,game theory and chaos theory.According to the complexity of the oligopolistic game,the feasibility of the stability control of the power market based on the parameter variation method is analyzed,which lays a theoretical foundation for the research.Secondly,based on the duopoly Bertand model and the triple oligopoly Stackelberg,a nonlinear oligopoly competition game model with bounded rationality and different rational expectations is established,and the model is solved to get the best benefit solution of the system decision,namely the Nash equilibrium point.The existence of the Nash equilibrium point and its stability region are analyzed.The numerical simulation is carried out by using MATLAB to simulate the bifurcation behavior and chaotic behavior of the system due to parameter changes,and the two characteristics of chaos(attractor,the sensitivity of the system to the initial value)as a function of time.Finally,based on the parameter variation control method,the chaotic control of the unstable behavior of the system is carried out to ensure that the power market can quickly and effectively reach a stable and orderly state from unstable or chaotic state,providing a method to effectively solve the instability of the market when power operators make strategic choice.
