Maritime logistics plays an important role in international trade and has been paid more and more attention.This wave not only provides new development space and opportunities for maritime logistics enterprises,but also puts forward higher requirements for their own operation ability and management level.How to effectively avoid risk has become a hoi issue for enterprises.With the application of emerging information technologies such as big data and cloud processing in maritime logistics operations,the connection between online information flow and offline physical operations is becoming increasingly close,which has become an extremely important link in the entire maritime logistics chain.Based on this,this paper aims to explore the correlation between maritime logistics information risk and operation risk from the perspective of complex network.The information risk and operation risk were identified by literature review and selected through the summary of relevant literature.The frequency of each risk was evaluated by questionnaire survey and the data was modified by determining the different expert weight with two-step clustering algorithm.Then association rules method was applied to mine the correlation of information risk and operation risk to get the relevance between different risk factors,in which different support and confidence of the number of rules to determine the most appropriate minimum support and confidence thresholds.The antecedents and consequents of the association rule were selected in frequent itemset to get association rules satisfied the minimum support and minimum confidence.Systematic analysis of risk association rules based on complex network provides a systematic and complete description of the results of association rules.Among them,the antecedents and consequents of association rules were used as the nodes of the network,the association rules were used as the edges,and the support was used as the weight of the edges to form a complex network.Through the analysis of the nodes,paths and network structure of the risk-related network,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)the risk of sabotage caused the information system to crash as the most vulnerable key nodes is identified in the risk-related network;(2)the strong transitivity and coupling are found to exist in both the internal of information risks and operational risks and between them.(3)a complex network composed of association rules between information risk and operation risk satisfies the characteristics of small world network.Combined with the above,some risk aversion measures are proposed for maritime logistics enterprises.
