| At present,many devices in the field of deep sea detection and sampling are individually designed based on specific application scenarios,and lack of versatility.When the application scenario is changed,the entire system has to be updated,which makes the development cycle of the entire project grow and consumes.More manpower and resources.In order to solve the above problems,this paper designs a general-purpose deep sea detection and sampling intelligent control system based on the research status and development trend of deep sea exploration and sampling equipment at home and abroad.The system adopts the block design concept,and separates different application functions into one board.A total of power board,embedded board,analog signal acquisition board,communication board,digital pulse signal acquisition board,10 circuit boards such as key board,video optical board,switch control board,button module and rotary encoder module improve the scalability and stability of the whole system and reduce the development cycle of deep sea detection and sampling equipment.The whole system is divided into three parts: underwater machine,deck machine and upper computer.The underwater machine is mainly responsible for monitoring the rig device and collecting video signals.The deck machine is mainly responsible for docking the upper computer to form a connection hub,transmitting the signal transmitted from the underwater to the upper computer,and transmitting the signal of the upper computer to the lower computer,and providing the button operation box for the staff.The upper computer provides the user with operable virtual keys,and intelligently analyzes the data collected by the lower computer,and displays the analyzed results on the interface.In addition,the system also implements encryption,temperature monitoring,address setting and other functions for the board.The system as a whole achieves six goals of higher integration,safer,smarter,better operation,faster response,and more stability.The thesis focuses on the four aspects of system design,hardware design,software design,joint debugging and testing.The general intelligent control system for deep sea exploration and sampling equipment developed in this paper has completed all tests and has been put into use in the deep sea exploration and sampling project of China Ocean. |
