Measurement Of Urban-Rural Integration Level In Henan Province Empirical Research

Urban-rural integration development is one of the core contents of implementing the rural revitalization strategy.One of the prerequisites for achieving urban-rural integration is that you need to have a thorough understanding of its integration and development in order to formulate and implement overall urban-rural integration strategies and policies.The overall urban-rural integration development in Henan Province is on the rise,but the levels of urban-rural integration development in different regions are quite different.In this case,only by fully understanding the specific differences between urban and rural integration and development in these areas can we better formulate strategies and policies to reduce the regional differences between urban and rural integration and further promote rural rejuvenation.The first chapter introduces the research background,significance and purpose.The second chapter sorts out the relevant literature on urban-rural relationship and summarizes and evaluates it.The third chapter discusses the current situation of urban-rural integration in Henan Province in terms of the development process and characteristics of urban-rural integration.Among them,the characteristics of the integration of urban and rural development in Henan Province mainly include the acceleration of the free flow of population in urban and rural areas;the steady growth of urban and rural economies;the gradual improvement of urban and rural infrastructure construction.The fourth chapter explains the evaluation index system,construction principle and calculation method of Henan urban-rural integration development level.Chapter 5 gives the calculation results and score of the index system,and analyzes and evaluates the level of integration of urban and rural development in Henan Province in both horizontal and vertical dimensions of Henan Province as a whole and by region.Among them,there are two main points: First,the level of urban-rural integration in Henan Province and 18 cities has shown an increasing trend to varying degrees,which is basically consistent with the national policy.Second,the factors that affect the level of integration of urban and rural development in Henan Province and various cities are mostly related to regional population,economy and transportation development,while the integration of factors related to social security is relatively poor.Chapter 6 summarizes the research results of this article and proposes to plan the industrial layout reasonably,increase the cultivation of rural talents,realize the rational allocation of urban and rural resources,coordinate and improve the construction of infrastructure and public services,and jointly improve the ecological environment.Suggestions for optimizing the integration of urban and rural development,such as creating a beautiful living environment,accelerating the development of the integration of the rural primary,secondary and tertiary industries,advancing the integration of urban and rural development according to local conditions,and giving full play to the leading role of the government.The seventh chapter is about deficiencies and prospects.The innovation of this article:(1)New research perspective,using the mainstream research method-the coefficient of variation method,to analyze the development of urban-rural integration and the development of important factors through two dimensions: horizontal and vertical.The development situation,through the combination of directional analysis and empirical analysis,a more comprehensive study of the level of urban-rural integration in Henan Province.(2)The index system established is new.Based on the concept of urban-rural integration,combined with existing research literature,evaluate the development level of urban-rural integration from the three aspects of "human" integration,"land" integration,and "capital" integration,and further detail the three aspects It is divided into 9 secondary indicators and 16 tertiary indicators to enrich the structure and content of the system,and has made a certain contribution to the construction of an indicator system for evaluating the level of urban-rural integration and development.
