In our life, there are a lot of public goods, and the consumption of public goods is non-competitive and non-exclusive,that is,anyone's consumption of public goods will not affect others' consumption of public goods,at the same time,it is difficult to exclude people who do not pay to use public goods.Due to the special properties of public goods, the phenomenon of "free riding" will inevitably occur in the consumption of public goods. When there are too many "free riders",problems such as overuse or overcrowding of public goods will occur.Natural resources are limited, when we excessively pursue personal interests, will accelerate the depletion of natural resources, affect the sustainable development of the living environment. Therefore, whether in the process of natural resource exploitation or team work,we need to maintain common interests through cooperation. How to make a balance between individual and collective interests, between short-term and long-term interests,is known as the social dilemma problem.Network evolution game is an important mathematical tool to study and solve social dilemma.Evolutionary game theory is the study of how, over time, bounded rational individuals promote and sustain the emergence of cooperation by self-learning and optimizing returns in repeated games. How to put forward different cooperative promotion mechanisms in the game model of network evolution to influence the evolution of cooperative behavior has become a hot topic for scholars. This paper explores the evolution of cooperative behavior in public goods from two aspects: income redistribution and selection preference. In the first part, the paper studies the effect of differentiated redistribution on the evolution of cooperative behavior. In the process of wealth distribution, players whose initial income is greater than zero have to pay a certain percentage of income to their group again to support income redistribution. On a group basis, the cumulative secondary payments will be redistributed to each member of the team.Differentiated redistribution is reflected in the fact that the redistribution ratio of each member is determined according to the level of initial income, and the income gap among members is adjusted through different distribution mechanisms. The results show that,in the process of secondary distribution, priority should be given to low income members to further narrow the income gap among group members, which will effectively promote the emergence of cooperative behaviors within the group and alleviate the occurrence of social difficulties under certain conditions. In the second part, the influence of different choice preferences on cooperative behavior is analyzed. In the process of interaction, players adopt self-reflective update rules to update their strategies.Considering that different players have different life backgrounds, the preference of choosing reference strategy may also be changing during the process of self-reflection strategy updating. Therefore, this paper uses parameters to adjust players' preferences for selecting reference strategies when updating their strategies, and discusses the influence of different preferences on cooperative behaviors in public goods. The results show that when players prefer the strategy of referring to the higher-yielding neighbor,it will increase players' enthusiasm for participation and promote the emergence of cooperative behaviors.
