The microstructures, kinetic process and mechanical properties of homopolymers and mixtures formed by phospholipid molecules in aqueous solution were studied by dissipative molecular dynamics simulation. The microstructures and phase diagrams of the homopolymer structures under three aqueous solution concentrations and three shear fields were studied. The formed microstructures included spherical, cylindrical micelles, spherical vesicles, layered, curved layers, perforations layer and continuous network structure,in which spatial heterogeneity and symmetry are analyzed.A series of phase diagrams were constructed based on the changes in chain length at different phospholipid concentrations. At the same time,we found that three kinds of microstructures can also be observed in the mixture formed by phospholipid molecules, including asymmetric membrane structure, asymmetric columnar structure and asymmetric spherical structure.Change the tail chain length of the phospholipid molecule to get a phase diagram with a certain number of chains.By analyzing the kinetics of phospholipid homopolymers and mixtures,it was found that the phospholipid molecules move in the direction of lower energy in the aqueous solution and the microstructure becomes more stable. Finally, the mechanical properties of the two membrane structures represented by phospholipid membranes and asymmetric membrane structures are analyzed, and it is found that the surface tension of the two membranes is zero when the membrane surfaces are flat.At the same time, the interfacial tension and osmotic pressure of asymmetric membrane structures are also studied. These studies on homopolymers and mixtures formed by phospholipid molecules in aqueous solutions provide a very effective method for the configuration of new materials in the future and the design of the biological microstructure of phospholipid molecules under flow.
