The integrated scheduling problem is a product scheduling problem that considers the constraint relationship between processes. It understands assembly as a special process in the process of product manufacturing, and schedules the processing and assembly of products together. Therefore, the integrated scheduling solves the problem that the processing and assembly of products are considered separately in the traditional scheduling problem so as to separate the internal relationship. The integrated scheduling shorts the product manufacturing cycle and improves the production efficiency. In the actual production process, various restrictive problems will occur in the processing of complex products. For example,in order to avoid the problem of process quality in the product to affect the processing efficiency of the product. In actual production, enterprises often perform quality or matching detection operations on each part of the process after certain processing and assembly processes are completed, and thus there is a constraint that some processes end at the same time.In addition, enterprises will be equipped with batch processing equipment to operate in parallel to improve product processing efficiency. However, the previous integrated scheduling research only discussed the above two problems separately, and did not take into account the fact that these two problems exist at the same time in order to improve product processing efficiency in actual production. Therefore,in consideration of such complex problems in actual production, this paper studies the problem of integrated scheduling in which batch processing equipment and processes end at the same time.Aiming at the problem of batch processing equipment, this paper proposes an integrated scheduling algorithm for batch processing equipment based on batch optimization, and proposes grouping rules based on device drivers, greedily searches for batch processes and selects batch processes, which expands the solution range compared with previous algorithms. It also designs a batch optimization strategy to finalize the process for the relationship between the batch process volume and the capacity of the batch processing equipment, and optimize existing algorithms.Aiming at the problem of integrated scheduling where batch processing equipment and a single set of processes end at the same time,on the basis of solving the batch processing problem, the processes are classified and analyzed, the process priority is determined. And the reverse traversal of the product as a whole is reversed using a reverse conversion strategy, which will end at the same time Transform into easier to determine and start constraints at the same time, and allocate processes according to the strategy of ending processes at the same time.Subsequently, this paper further expands the single-group constraint problem to the processes ended at the same time of multiple groups of processes. The problem is more complicated due to the increase of constrained processes. For this,a wait-for-wait strategy for batch-able processes is designed, and the solution scope of the group batch rules is redefined to better determine the time for group judgement and obtain a better solution. For the operations that can not be batched, the processing time is determined by using the rollback method. This paper solves the problem of integrated scheduling where batch processing equipment and processes end at the same time, and has certain theoretical and practical value for expanding research on integrated scheduling.
