| The research topic of this paper is to analyze the impact of the result deviation of quotation score based on the interval average downward bilateral curve algorithm,and how to modify the optimal predicted quotation according to its impact to obtain a higher quotation score.The following is a brief introduction to each chapter.Chapter 1 Introduces the background,current status and significanec of this research,togethering with its innovation ideas and the main results of this paper.Chapter 2 Outlines some basic concepts used in this paper.Chapter 3 Focus on the algorithm of interval average downward bilateral curve used in the bidding and tendering of State Grid Corporation of China.The optimal quotation is obtained by mathematically algorithm under the known quotation of other companies,defining it as an ideal quoted price0x.However,the quotation of other companies cannot be obtained in advance and can only be predicted.There is an inevitable error between the predicted ideal quotation and the actual ideal quoted price.This paper has deeply studied the impact of error on the score of quotation price,introducing the score of levelq,defining the score of upper limit and the score of upper limit to obtain the revised ideal quoted price.For the proposed bidding strategy based on the algorithm of interval average down bilateral curve algorithm,it provides the theoretical stand for revising the ideal quotation.Chapter 4 combines theory with practice:Taken the second and third batch of actual bid by State Grid capacitors in 2014 as example,the author predicts companies offer using regression model.thus,the anthor calculates the ideal quotation based on the result and correct the ideal quotation by the theory of ideal quotation modification.compare quotation score and successful bid before and after the correction,and verify the accuracy of the revised ideal quotation theory with actual instance.Chapter 5 analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of interval average downward bilateral curve algorithm,and illustrates the existence of illegal bidding such as together-conspired bidding with actual data.This algorithm has no resistance to such behaviors.Then an improved solution is put forward to obtain the improved model——the algorithm of multi-interval average downward bilateral curve.This modified algorithm has better ability to resist the illegal bidding behaviors as mentioned before.Chapter 6 summarizes the dissertation and prospects in the future work. |
