With the continuous progress and innovation of life sciences and industrial automation technology,traditional life science experiment operation methods can no longer meet the increasing demand.Life science experiment operations are gradually developing in the direction of automation,high efficiency,and unattended operation.In all experiments in life sciences,the preparation of microbial culture media is highly versatile.Therefore,the automatic preparation of microbial culture medium has important practical significance in the field of life sciences.The main research work of the automatic preparation system for microbial culture medium preparation experiments in this paper is as follows:(1)Conducted detailed investigation and analysis on the operation process and experimental environment of the entire microbial culture medium preparation experiment,on this basis,analyzed all the requirements for establishing an automatic preparation system of microbial culture medium,and analyzed each one according to the determined needs and suggest solution.(2)Collected the formulas of microbial culture media commonly used in life science experiments,and conducted investigations and experiments on the powder properties in the formulas,which mainly studied the influencing factors of powder fluidity and the flow of powder in the warehouse The parameters of the powder required in the experimet were measured,and on this basis,a powder addition scheme for the microbial culture medium configuration experiment was designed.(3)The hopper mechanism for adding powder and the main body mechanism for carrying the hopper are designed.After the design is completed,the actual powdering condition of the experiment is tested and the situation in the experiment is recorded.On this basis,again The structure and size of the mechanism were optimized.The required hardware of each module in the experiment was analyzed and selected for parameters such as size and accuracy.The platform and the medium were automatically added using the designed and optimized mechanism and hardware.(4)The microcomputer culture medium is automatically prepared based on the PC computer to prepare the computer software to realize the dynamic curve display of powder types and real-time data.The experimental platform should have various data collection and storage,so in order to collect data and data The data collection and storage system is designed in consideration of the unified data protocol and operating system during storage,which provides a certain development foundation for the future complete unmanned biological laboratory platform.
