Location and ranging sonar technology has always been the frontier development direction of underwater acoustic detection and positioning.Real-time and accurate positioning and navigation of underwater navigation targets has great application value and strategic significance.This paper designs and implements a positioning and ranging sonar system measurement and control platform of combined satellite positioning(GPS)system,radio local area network communication system,long baseline underwater acoustic positioning system and high precision time-series system,which realizes precise real-time positioning of underwater targets by positioning and ranging sonar surface unit under the condition of giving full play to each subsystem.Firstly,aiming at the function and performance index of the positioning and ranging sonar system,the implementation scheme of the measurement and control platform of the positioning and ranging sonar system is designed,and the structure of the measurement and control platform of the positioning and ranging sonar system is demonstrated.It mainly includes three parts:the time system,the radio communication system and the data control system of the FPGA.Complete the implementation principle and performance analysis design of the real-time system,radio propagation characteristics analysis,radio LAN networking mode and communication protocol design,FPGA selection and peripheral circuit design,GPS,radio module and other equipment selection.Then,according to the design scheme,the hardware circuit involved in the scheme is developed in detail.It includes voltage stabilized power supply circuit,input and output buffer circuit,serial communication circuit and FPGA peripheral interface circuit.Each circuit is explained in terms of parameter calculation,device selection,circuit connection,etc.PCB design,layout and wiring are added.All circuit designs take full account of low power consumption and low noise circuit design criteria.Finally,after the hardware implementation of the measurement and control platform of the positioning and ranging sonar system,the PCB completed by welding is debugged and tested,and the functional test of the equipment used is carried out,including radio ranging experiment,GPS positioning test,atomic clock synchronization accuracy test,atomic clock synchronization stability test and data control board function test.All the test results meet the functional requirements and performance.Ability to meet design requirements.
