Cryogenic bolometer are widely used in various physical experiments and technical research because of their unique advantages,such as low detection threshold,high energy resolution,such as dark matter detection,neutrino detection and so on.Especially,searching for neutrinoless double beta decay(0v??)is one of the most important research directions in frontier physics,and the experimental results are of great significance to the development of physics.At present,there are several large scientific experiments searching for neutrinoless double beta decay based on cryogenic bolometer,including CUORE,AMoRE and so on.To measure the output signal of cryogenic bolomter,specific read-out electronics system is to be designed and implemented.The performance of read-out electronics system will greatly affect the energy resolution of the cryogenic bolometer.A variety of read-out electronics systems have been specially designed for the cryogenic bolometer used in neutrinoless double beta decay experiments.After more than 30 years of optimization and updating,they have been relatively mature.However,China is still in its infancy at present,the research on the electronic system of cryogenic bolometer has not been published in China.In this paper,based on the theoretical model of the cryogenic bolometer,the characteristics of its output signal are analyzed,and the system requirements of read-out electronics are summarized.According to the demand,the read-out electronics system of cryogenic bolometer is designed into several circuit modules,including adjustable low noise DC bias circuit,ultra-low noise and ultra-low input current preamplifier,low noise anti-aliasing filter with good linear phase character,high resolution analog-to-digital conversion circuit.According to the actual test,all modules of the read-out electronics system work properly,and the key indicators have been close to the international open results,which meet the design requirements.
