With the development of industrial automation,industrial robots have become important equipment in the field of industrial automation,and the industrial robot industry in my country has also developed rapidly.It is now the world’s largest consumer of industrial robots.Due to the rapid development of the industry,my country’s existing industrial robot equipment design and model development cycle is short,it is difficult to obtain sufficient reliability test data,lack of reliability research of the whole machine.To combine a small amount of existing reliability field test information,qualitative reliability analysis and quantitative reliability index analysis are carried out on the industrial robot machine,to promote the reliability optimization management and maintenance strategy of the industrial robot machine.From the perspective of reliability analysis and information fusion theory,the reliability research of industrial robots is carried out.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Analyze the structure and function of the whole machine for industrial robots,draw a reliability block diagram,analyze the failure modes of key components that affect system functions,formulate improved compensation measures,and draw FMEA tables.Aiming at the problem of the unclear significance of the risk priority index in traditional hazard analysis,a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of improved evaluation index set was carried out.(2)Research on the fusion method of reliability and life information of industrial robots in different environments.Aiming at the problem that the model parameters cannot be estimated by small sample test data under actual working conditions,a hyperparameter estimation method combining Monte-Carlo sampling and classic maximum likelihood estimation is proposed.Experts are used to scoring the environmental factors of the whole machine.According to the reliability information fusion of the Yees method and the test sample data,a reliability analysis method based on environmental factors is used to fuse the historical information and test information of the industrial robot.(3)Research on the fusion method of multi-source reliability information of the industrial robot machine,and the reliability evaluation of the performance reliability information of the machine by Bootsrap simulation;the uncertainty of multiple expert experience information for the machine,based on DS Evidence theory is fused;a discrete AMSAA reliability growth model is constructed,and the growth information of multiple stages of the whole machine is fused into reliability prior information after multiple growths.The subjective expert experience information,objective information performance,and reliability growth information are converted into equivalent prior information,and the compatibility test method is used to construct a mixed prior distribution to solve the incompatibility problem caused by the different forms and sources of information sources.The reliability analysis method based on the Bayesian theory of multi-source reliability information of industrial robots is established.
