China's ionic rare earth ore is a unique rare mineral at home and abroad,which plays an important role in China and even in the world.With the rapid development of social economy,the demand for ionic rare earth ore is increasing day by day.While alleviating the increasingly prominent contradiction between supply and demand,the non-renewable nature of ionic rare earth ore resources should also be considered.Therefore,the best way to solve these problems is to make the development and utilization of ionic rare earth ore resources more efficient and reasonable.According to the ore-forming mechanism and spatial distribution characteristics of ionic rare earth deposits,and considering the spatial structure characteristics of their distribution in the form of approximate layers and dispersion surfaces,this paper uses the mixed model based on TIN model and similar prism model to build the threedimensional model of ore body.Based on the three-dimensional model of ore body,the reserve estimation of ionic rare earth deposits based on Kriging method is studied The scientific basis is provided for the decision-making planning of mining ion type rare earth ores.The specific research work and results are as follows:(1)Three dimensional model of ore body is constructed.According to the spatial structure characteristics of ion type rare earth ore,in order to simulate the real threedimensional shape and grade distribution of the ore body as much as possible,Delaunay irregular triangular network is used to build the geological layer model of the ore body,and the three-dimensional model of the ore body is combined with the similar prism body element.(2)The Kriging reserve estimation model is constructed.According to the spatial distribution and variation law of the grade data of ion-type rare earth ores,the variation function is used to quantify the spatial variability of the borehole grade in horizontal and vertical directions,the banded and heterogeneous nested structure of the variation function is used to build the variation function model,the block model constrained by the three-dimensional model of the ore body is created,and the ore body grade is estimated by combining the Kriging method,so as to estimate the ion-type Reserves of rare earth resources.(3)Reserve estimation of ion type rare earth ore.Kriging method and inverse distance weight method are used to estimate the reserves of ion type rare earth ores.The estimated results are 196.499 tons and 238.4608 tons respectively.Compared with the actual production of 188.3 tons,the relative error of Kriging method is 4.35%,and that of inverse distance weight method is 26.6%.It is proved that Kriging method has higher accuracy and stronger applicability and credibility in reserves estimation of ion type rare earth ores.(4)Design and implementation of prototype system.Combined with the actual demand of reserve estimation system,the overall architecture,functional modules,database entity model and data table structure of the system are designed.On the basis of the 3D model of ore body and the model of reserves estimation,the prototype system of reserves estimation for ionic rare earth ore is developed by using object-oriented programming language C#.Taking an ionic rare earth mine in Ningde,Fujian Province as an example,the reliability and the advanced nature of the system are verified.
