| The development of technology and economy quickly improved various transportation infrastructure and brought convenient transportation, but a large number of buildings and various facilities are crowded in a limited environment, which also led to travel complexity of the environment. As a must-have product for people to travel, map service applications lead to higher requirements. However,at present, map service applications mainly focus on how to design interactions in virtual interfaces, but user interactions in real environments are ignored.Map service applications are combination of virtual and real interactions. It is not just the interaction of click controls and sliding interfaces in the virtual interface. Its ultimate goal is to complete the interaction to the destination in the real environment. In a more complex real environment, how to reduce the friction between the virtual interface and the real environment conversion when users use map service applications,so that users can easily and naturally use map service applications, still has a lot of room for discussion. Therefore, this topic selects the theory of affordance as the theoretical basis for research.Affordance adopts an ecological perspective on the understanding and perspective of the relationship between people and the environment, clearly explaining the natural interaction between human and environment and the process of occurrence, and applying it to the interactive design of map service applications in the research,we can understand the complex interactions contained in map service applications from a more comprehensive perspective, and provide new design ideas for map service applications. In this topic, through in-depth research on the theory of availability, combined with the general process of interaction design, the key nodes of affordance intervention design are proposed: problem and demand discovery nodes and affordance design nodes.Taking these two key nodes as the main line, first of all, find the nodes in the problem and demand, through the study of the ASM matrix, combined with the characteristics of the map service application,to improve the map service application ASM matrix,as a designer at this node can pass a tool for finding problems and user needs in map service applications.Next, from the perspective of affordance “product-user-environment”,research and analysis of map service applications, and a comprehensive analysis of the research process, extract the four elements of map service applications.Based on the research process, the relationship between the four elements is analyzed in conjunction with the perspective of affordance, and the interactive design model for map service applications is finally derived as the output of the affordance design node. Finally, through the design practice of improving and optimizing gaode maps, and the comparative experimental tests before and after optimization, the effectiveness of the interactive design model of map service applications is verified. The research and related achievements of this topic,at the theoretical level, opened up a new research perspective for the interactive design of map service applications, enriched the theoretical expansion and extension of interactive design, and established a guiding model for interactive design of map service applications. At the practical level, the map service application ASM matrix helps designers deconstruct the product from the perspective of affordance and discover potential product problems and users’ real needs;the map service application interaction design model helps designers clarify the relationship between users, environments and applications interactive relationship, thereby digging up the relevant affordance, looking for problem and demand solutions, forming design points, and building a natural and efficient interactive experience. |
