Wind tunnels play an irreplaceable role in the aerodynamic performance design and evaluation of manned spaceflights,lunar exploration projects,large aircrafts,wind turbines,EMUs and other projects,and are regarded as important strategic resources by various countries,and is regarded as the "cradle of aerospace vehicles".The wind tunnel test is to place the aircraft model in the wind tunnel and simulate the flight of the aircraft in the sky by generating high-speed airflow in the wind tunnel.The high-speed airflow exerts a force on the aircraft model,and the strain on the aircraft model can be used to measure the force on the aircraft model.The balance strain signal collector is used to collect the output signal of the strain gauge.It is responsible for the measurement of the original aerodynamic data of the aerodynamic experiment and is the core equipment for the aerodynamic measurement of the wind tunnel test.This article first formulates the overall design plan according to the needs of balance strain signal acquisition.In the hardware design,the Zynq-7000 series So C chip xc7z020 is used as the main controller;the LTC1053 dynamic chopping stable zero operational amplifier is used to form the signal conditioning channel for the instrument amplifier;the A / D conversion chip ADS8598 S is used to achieve analogto-digital conversion;the wireless network card is used RT3070 L realizes data transmission;introduces wireless power supply technology to power the entire data acquisition system.In software design,dual-port BRAM(Block RAM)is used to realize data cache and configuration parameter transfer;AES(Advanced Encryption Standard)encryption algorithm is used to realize data encryption;Lab VIEW upper computer is written to realize data reception and decryption.Finally,the performance of the balance strain signal collector is tested.The test results show that the maximum reference error is 0.005%,the output power of the wireless power supply part can meet the system requirements,and the encryption algorithm can effectively improve the data transmission security to meet design needs.
