As an important Marine environmental parameter,ocean current plays an important role in climate change,port construction and Marine biological migration.The commonly used ocean current observation methods include buoy drift current measurement method,fixed point current measurement method and navigation current measurement method.In practical engineering,the common methods of ocean current data monitoring near the ocean platform include: the measurement is carried out by hanging the current meter with a fixed-point float ball.In this way,the self-contained current meter is used to obtain the current data,and the real-time monitoring cannot be completed.Another way is to take the current meter through the platform cable to measure,The current meter is too close to the platform and the data accuracy is low.In order to ensure real-time monitoring while ensuring the accuracy of ocean current data,this paper designs a dual force-based ocean current monitoring system.Firstly,the form,installation process and recovery process of the two-force-based current monitoring system are determined according to the current measurement methods and the characteristics of the offshore platform.In order to ensure the stability of data transmission and protect the connection of the current meter from the impact of the current,a protective cover is designed for the connection at the bottom of the current meter.Then,design a composite cable that meets the requirements of the ocean current monitoring system,One is the vertical tensile composite cable,After determining its cross-sectional form and size,use the marine engineering software OrcaFlex to build a model,select the once-in-a-year sea state for hydrodynamic analysis,and determine its Under the influence of wind,waves and other environmental factors,the analysis found that the maximum displacement of the cable under 3kN pretension is 12.31 m,which occurs at 14 m underwater and will not collide with the offshore platform.The other is the submarine connection composite cable,which is armored.By calculating the probability of impact on the seabed and the impact energy,we realize that we must pay attention to the protection of submarine cables.Finally,the submarine anchor gravity foundation and hydraulic decoupling device are designed.The weight of gravity foundation is determined by force analysis,skirt plate and cone are designed to prevent slippage,and penetration analysis is carried out to ensure smooth penetrate into the seabed sand.Complete lug selection and strength check,and anti-corrosion design.Design a remote hydraulic control decoupling device,use ANSYS finite elementanalysis software to check the strength of the release hook,and design experiments to verify the feasibility of hydraulic decoupling principle The hydraulic decoupling device can improve the system installation economy.
