The relationship between economic development and ecological environment protection is fundamentally explained and revealed To protect the ecological environment is to protect the productive forces,and to improve the ecological environment is the last word to develop the productive forces.As a green and efficient industrial form of modern society,the health industry has gradually increased its proportion in the national economy in recent years.As an important part of it,while promoting the development of the national economy,forest rehabilitation is of great value in promoting the development of ecological governance and the renewal and transformation of state-owned forest farms.At present,the domestic theories related to the construction of forest rehabilitation bases tend to be scattered,only staying at the simple reference level,lacking systematic combing and integration.In the construction of forest rehabilitation bases,there is a lack of attention to resource evaluation,especially the lack of refined resource evaluation methods and the effective use of resource evaluation results.The resource evaluation is not very guiding to the planning and design of specific projects,so that the construction of most forest rehabilitation bases cannot be effectively combined with local forest resources.This article aims to explore resource-based forest rehabilitation base construction methods and integrate a complete resource-based forest rehabilitation base construction system.First of all,starting with the comprehensive evaluation of forest conservation resources,combing the relevant literature,combining comprehensive evaluation and fuzzy mathematics theory,through AHP and Delphi method to establish a comprehensive evaluation system of forest conservation resources,the system contains There are two evaluation directions: the suitability of maintenance construction and the potential of forest maintenance.Secondly,to explore the establishment method of planning regional forest conservation static geographic information database,and use geographic information system as a platform to establish regional forest conservation static geographic information database.Finally,through the overlay analysis of geographic information system and other methods,the database data is analyzed and excavated on the basis of the evaluation system,and the characteristics of forest conservation resources in the planned area are summarized.Combined with the resource evaluation results,the resource-oriented planning and design of Luming Bay Forest Rehabilitation Base was carried out.Based on the practical experience of Luming Bay Forest Rehabilitation Base,the prospect and summary of the construction and future development of the forest recuperation base are forecasted.
