Rock has higher compressive,tensile and shear strength than soil.For the power tower project on the mountain,because its towers are scattered,and the distance between the towers is far,the mountain road makes the large machinery unable to reach the working place,it needs the use of small artificial machinery such as pneumatic pick and explosive blasting.In this paper,through the study of rock strength theory,rock failure mechanism and the mechanism of rock fragment by air pick,explosive and Static Cracking Agent,taking Granite as the main research object,the three-dimensional numerical simulation of rock fragment by air pick,blasting and Static Cracking Agent is carried out by using ANSYS / LS-DYNA.And this paper respectively explores the effect of different rock properties on rock fragment and excavation.A new model is established to simulate the impact effect of air pick fracturing rock,which is more close to the actual situation,instead of directly impacting rock with speed;the failure laws of rock fragments impacted by wind picks and the failure laws of blast fracturing rocks are obtained;the relationship between the parameters of rock properties and the horizontal and vertical damage range of rock crushed by air pick and the horizontal and vertical damage range of rock crushed by blasting and the horizontal damage range of rock crushed by Static Cracking Agent are obtained.And the trend equations of the relationship between the parameters of rock properties and the horizontal and vertical damage range of rock fragments impacted by air pick and the relationship between the parameters of rock properties and the horizontal and vertical damage range of rock fragments by blasting and the relationship between the parameters of rock properties and the horizontal damage range of rock fragments by Static Cracking Agent are calculated.The influence of the three factors on the damage range of the three rock fragmentation modes is compared;the critical values of fracturing rock with wind picks,blasting and Static Cracking Agent are obtained based on the rock strength.
