For the black holes,people's understanding it is originated from the classical theory of gravity.People believe that all matter can be absorbed by black holes,and there is no possibility of escape.At the same time,the most of the information will be lost when the matter is absorbed by black holes.Then,Hawking was first discovered and proved that black holes are not completely black when he study the quantum effects of stars collapse to form black holes.He used semi classical theory proved that black holes,while reducing mass,emit radiation in the form of energy,people put this process called Hawking radiation.Subsequently,the proposal of the Bekenstein-Hawking entropy makes the study of black hole thermodynamics an interesting and challenging topic in theoretical physics.The propose of the black hole thermodynamics ingeniously links general relativity,thermodynamics and quantum mechanics.When we investigate the the black hole thermodynamic,we usually rely on the black hole temperature black hole entropy and four law of thermodynamics as the basis for research.People was found that the black hole has many rich phase structures in the process of research,and the black holes as thermodynamic systems have many interesting similarities in comparison with general thermodynamics systems.These similarities become more obvious and precise for black holes in an Ad S space.Compared with the classical van der Waals system,the black hole thermodynamic system can exhibit some similar phase transitions,and other some thermodynamic properties,including P-V critical,Joule-Thomson expansion,black hole heat engine efficiency,the weak cosmic examination conjecture of the black hole,and so on.Through those interesting works,people have a deeper understanding of the black hole thermodynamic.Based on the above extensive works,we will extend the study of the black hole thermodynamic properties to the case of Bardeen-AdS(BAdS)black holes,and investigate the P-V critical and Joule-Thomson expansion of BAS black holes in AdS spacetime background.In this paper,we start from an attractive treatment of the negative cosmological constant of an AdS background as a thermodynamic positive pressure,to find some interesting thermodynamic properties for BAdS black hole in the extended phase space.Firstly,we reviews some thermodynamic quantities of BAdS black hole in the expanded phase space,and deduces the state equation of the BAdS black hole.Then,we study the P-V critical of the BAdS black hole,we obtain the critical temperature and critical pressure,and plot the isotherm curves.Finally,we also investigate the Joule-Thomson expansion of BAdS black hole,we obtain the minimum inversion temperature,and plot the inversion curves and isenthalpic curves in the T-P plane.The results show that the BAdS black hole as a thermodynamic system,has similar thermodynamic properties to the van der Waals system.
