In recent years, the H10 and H11 subtypes virus can be continuously isolated from domestic ducks by the epidemiological surveillance of avian influenza,in order to understand more clearly the latest distribution, origination and pathogenicity of H10 and H11 subtypes avian influenza viruses, the biological characteristics of H10 and H11 subtype avian influenza viruses were studied isolation from market-poultry in during 2014-2018 in China.36 strains H10 subtypes avian influenza viruses and 26 strains H11 subtypes avian influenza viruses were isolated from domestic ducks in Chinese live poultry markets in 2014-2018,failure to isolate those subtypes of avian influenza viruses in other species of poultry. It was found that domestic ducks are important hosts of stable existence for the H10 and H11 subtypes of avian influenza viruses. The evolutionary relationship indicates that the H10 and H11 subtypes avian influenza viruses recombined with other subtypes of avian influenza viruses in China and the origination of genes is complex and diverse, given this genomic diversity,we divided these H10 and H11 subtypes viruses into 16 and 14 different genotypes, respectively, but the antigenic difference of the subtypes strains is insignificant. It's worth that H10 subtypes avian influenza viruses and a few of H11 subtypes avian influenza viruses can infect model mice and have the capability of binding to avian receptors and human receptors, with owning risk of inter-species infections,it will be more concerned about the host types of avian influenza viruses to surveillance in future. The research has illustrated the genetic evolution of H10 and H11 subtypes avian influenza viruses isolated from the surveillance in China,as well as epidemic trends, antigenic characteristics and risk of inter-species infections.the biological characteristics' s research are the most important methods to master its epidemic and evolution, and can also enrich and accumulate relevant data on the avian influenza virus epidemic, the research has great significance for guiding the prevention and control of avian influenza virus.
