Servo press is a common equipment in large-scale mechanical operation,which plays an important role in refractory,automobile,motor electronics,home appliances and other industries.China's industrial production has entered the degree of white hot,but also promote the rapid development of servo driven machinery.The use of servo driven machinery,with a perfect digital control system,can more effectively play the advantages of servo motor,not only can make the plate processing process become flexible,but also the accuracy and efficiency have a qualitative leap,in today's fierce competition in the production industry has a place.The large-scale servo press designed in this paper belongs to the servo press used in heavy industry.It is mainly studied from the following aspects:(1)According to the structure of the crank press with relatively mature technology,solidworks,ansys wokbench and other modeling and simulation software were used to determine the key parts of the machine body,the beam,the transmission mechanism and so on.(2)The static analysis of the fuselage and the modal analysis of the whole machine are done by using the simulation software to obtain the deformation field and stress distribution of the parts under the working load.Finally,the strength and stiffness of the whole machine are checked and verified.At the same time,due to the need to pay attention to bending,torsion,vibration and other aspects of the dynamic performance.Therefore,the first six modes of the fuselage are extracted by modal analysis,and the influence of each mode on the fuselage of the press is analyzed,which provides a basis and reference for the analysis and research on the vibration performance of the fuselage in the future.Ansys workbench was used to analyze the transient dynamics of the fuselage,to analyze the transient response of the fuselage,and to simulate the stress of each part of the whole fuselage under the working environment.The response curves of displacement,velocity and stress and strain with time are obtained,which provide effective data for the parameter optimization of the press in the future.(3)To optimize the structure of the airframe of the press machine,the causes of safety risks are firstly found,and effective solutions are put forward.The reasons are optimized,and the system safety is evaluated after the optimization.Reduce the risk of press.
