The miniaturization and integration of microwave devices has become a general trend,and the demand for miniaturization and planarization devices is increasing.Therefore,acorrding to traditional devices,it is urgent for us to design miniaturization and planarization devices.In this paper,from the perspective of miniaturization,integration and planarization,the corrugated substrate integrated waveguide(CSIW)is taken as the research object of this paper.In this paper,we start with the design of circuit devices and then turn from passive devices to antennas.we put forward the following research design.First,One is proposed based on the half mode of corrugated substrate integrated waveguide(HMCSIW)design of wideband bandpass filter,the structure will be the half mode of corrugated substrate integrated waveguide(HMCSIW)with the dumbbell and u-shaped defect structure(DGSs)combination,through the simulation experiment,processing the measured at last,simulation and test results show that within the passband filters,has good selectivity,with Eric,and in the high frequency band,zero form steep fall,sideband suppression was improved obviously.Second,The kind of the substrate used corrugated substrate integrated waveguide(CSIW)Design of two power splitter,such as: one is to continue the half mode of corrugated substrate integrated waveguide(HMCSIW)the invention of the train of thought,we used the kind of corrugated substrate integrated waveguide(CSIW)full mold half mold structure and segregation resistance,designed a miniaturization of 3-d B power divider,the results show that the power splitters return loss,with good performance isolation degree is high,The active circuit can be widely used in microwave and millimeter wave planar circuits.The other is to design a two-layer equal-power distributor based on the corrugated substrate integrated waveguide,which has wide bandwidth,good loss recovery performance and high isolation.Finally,a quasi-yashima antenna structure based on corrugated substrate integrated waveguide(CSIW)is designed.The antenna structure is simple,the absolute pair of antenna width(S11<-10 d B)is 5.5GHz,and the coverage frequency band is 22-27.5 GHz,among which S11 is as low as-30 d B,which is well matched.The antenna gain is maintained at about 5.5d B in the whole operating frequency band.Although it is lower than other antennas in such frequency band,it can be used in wide-beam applications.
