Quantum information is a perfect combination of quantum mechanics and information science.Using the results of classical information disciplines to study quantum mechanics,or applying quantum mechanics to information science,it can complete tasks that classic information technology cannot accomplish or get results that significantly surpass classic information science tasks.Quantum interference is a basic phenomenon in quantum mechanics and a basic technology for manipulating of the quantum states.It has a wide range of applications in quantum information.This paper mainly studies how to apply quantum resources to classical information processing tasks,and conducts experimental verification and demonstration in conjunction with BD interferometers,demonstrating the superiority of quantum resources in quantum information processing.We first introduce some background information about quantum information and quantum interference.The second chapter mainly introduces the optical devices often used in experiments,the principle of generating entangled sources by spontaneous parameter down conversion,and the experimental techniques involved in this article.The main content of the third chapter is to study the entanglement-assisted quantum random access code by combining quantum entanglement and BD interferometer,and carry out experiments on the optical platform.Experimental results show that entangled-assisted quantum random access codes have a higher success probability than classical ones,which demonstrates the superiority of quantum resources in information processing.The fourth chapter is to use the cascaded BD interferometer to study the NP-complete problem on the optical platform.Using quantum computers,we can quickly solve this type of problem However,the current research on quantum computers is still under development.With some previously established models,we can solve some NP-complete problems on optical platforms.
