In recent years, campus safety has attracted great attention from all walks of life. How to strengthen the construction of campus safety culture, improve the comprehensive safety literacy of college students, enhance the awareness of safety prevention and self-protection is worth our serious exploration. This thesis studies the sensitivity of safety culture of three groups in an engineering university.Complex system theory,multi-attribute decision theory(MADM),fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP),rough set theory and Lotka-Volterra model are used to model and simulate the research object. This thesis aims to explore the sensitivity of safety culture of different groups under the complex system in the process of safety culture management,so as to restrain the unsafe behavior of groups and reduce the occurrence of campus safety accidents. In this thesis, based on the multi-attribute decision making theory of complex system, questionnaires are distributed to students, teachers and managers in a closed management engineering university, and the reliability and validity of the questionnaires are tested by using SPSS22.0.According to the test results,an operational evaluation index system of campus safety cultural sensitivity is established.Four first-level indicators, namely, safety concept culture, safety behavior culture, safety management culture and safety physical culture, are determined to affect the sensitivity of campus safety culture.Seven secondary indicators, including safety consciousness and concept, safety attitude and emotion, and so on.In the meanwhile,28 tertiary indicators are determined, too. The weights of evaluation indexes of each level are determined by analytic hierarchy process and the three-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is established after the subjectivity of expert evaluation is tested by ordered binary chain method.According to the actual situation of the school, the evaluation calculation, the school campus safety culture sensitivity, safety behavior culture is the highest, safety concept culture, safety state culture is general, and safety management culture sensitivity is the lowest. The establishment of this system is helpful for the university to regulate and manage the problems, and also provides reference and help for other engineering universities to evaluate and improve the construction of campus safety cultureOn this basis, the method of attribute weight evaluation in rough set theory is used to conduct the secondary test analysis on the data.According to the results of rough set,a Lotka-Volterra cooperative model of group safety culture sensitivity was established to deal with the phenomenon of low cultural sensitivity of group safety management in the complex system of and universities.By analyzing the interactive relationship between the two groups, the complex relationship between the two groups is explored. After simulation analysis,it can be concluded that the Lotka-Volterra cooperative model of the two groups can enhance the cultural sensitivity of the safety management of the group. Finally, this thesis summarizes the research content, points out the unfinished matters, and prospects the future research work. This thesis has positive significance in studying the complexity of the process of group behavior safety management. In the actual campus safety management, the research results provide reasonable Suggestions for university administrators to enhance the learning strength and sensitivity of safety culture, and will play a role in reducing the probability of campus safety accidents.
