Subsea production system is mostly used in the development of deep water oil and gas fields,and the rationality of its layout directly affects the development cost and feasibility of oil fields.Cluster manifold is the key facility for the layout of subsea production system,because it can optimize the layout of subsea production facilities and is widely used in subsea production system.However,due to the uniqueness of application conditions,the uncertainty of installation time and the restriction of long-term strategic planning of oil field,the design difficulty of optimal scheme for cluster manifold layout is greatly increased.In order to study the layout scheme of subsea production system more objectively,the MINLP model of subsea production system layout is established.On the basis of literature investigation and analysis at home and abroad,this paper adopts the combination of engineering experience and mathematical model establishment,and takes the cluster manifold layout scheme with the lowest total cost of subsea production system as the research goal.On the basis of establishing the connection relationship between well and cluster manifold and the connection relationship between cluster manifold and cluster manifold or FPSO,and taking the minimum investment cost as the objective function,the MINLP model of the overall layout of subsea production system is established.The layout scheme of subsea production system with good economy under different number of cluster manifold is obtained by calculation and analysis.At the same time,the influence of uncertain factors on the layout scheme is considered,and the uncertain optimization model of subsea production system layout is established,which increases the robustness of the model.Taking the optimum quantity,position and grooves of cluster manifold as the core of subsea production system layout optimization research,it is a new idea of subsea production system layout research.The research results form a mathematical model of subsea production system layout with cluster manifolds as the core,which can provide a scientific and objective basis for decision-making of subsea production system layout scheme,and provide a reference for the study of subsea production system in China.
