The improvement of the industrial level puts forward higher requirements for the material,and the traditional material limits the development of equipment manufacturing to a certain extent.Composite materials because of its excellent comprehensive performance of various materials,such as high strength,good mechanical properties,fatigue resistance and corrosion resistance,is widely used in various industrial fields,especially in some cutting-edge science field,so to ensure compliance with the quality and safety of materials is particularly important,it is necessary to detect these materials.As the mainstream of nondestructive testing,ultrasonic testing is widely used because of its high penetrability and high sensitivity.But for some materials that can not touch the water,the traditional ultrasonic coupling method can make the composite material damp,and then affect the mechanical strength and shape stability of the material.To deal with this situation,air coupled ultrasonic detection technique proposed in this paper can effectively solve this problem,using air as the coupling medium,this method will not have any impact on the properties of composite materials.In view of the fact that the shape of the material is more complex and the size is large,the traditional manual detection methods can not be competent for the current work in the detection accuracy and efficiency.This paper uses six degrees of freedom industrial robot equipped with ultrasonic probe for automatic scanning of the workpiece,compared to the manual detection efficiency can be improved greatly,and reduce the human error,presentation of test results is more intuitive.The combination of ultrasonic nondestructive testing technology and industrial automation equipment can greatly improve the efficiency and precision of detection,and promote the development of ultrasonic nondestructive testing technology.In this paper,the principle of air coupled ultrasonic testing and the motion control technology of industrial robot are studied.The primary problem of air coupled ultrasonic detection technology is receiving a weak signal,increasing the working frequency and the design performance of the pulse generator impedance matching layer more excellent way can effectively improve the received signal amplitude.In order to improve the positioning accuracy of the defect,this paper uses the motion position of the manipulator to trigger the high speed data acquisition card.Between the double manipulator motion synchronization,in addition to the use of mechanical hand bottom algorithm limited movement time between adjacent manipulator moving point,establish communication links between the two still,realizing synchronous starting and moving state interaction.
