The study of quark matter is helpful to understand the characteristics of asymptotic freedom and deconfinement in quantum chromodynamics. The first chapter introduces the development of standard model of elementary particles and briefly reviews the basic knowledge of QCD phase diagram and compact star. The second chapter mainly introduces the NJL model and gives the thermodynamic treatment of 2SC and CFL quark materials in the strong magnetic field. In chapter 3,we introduce non-uniform magnetic field to describe the spatial dependence of magnetic field in high density area.We discuss the effect of the coupling strength of two quarks on the paired energy gap,and finally,by using the relationship between the pressure parallel to the magnetic field and the change of the chemical potential,we determine that the maximum magnetic field that can be carried by CFL materials in the dense star is 3.58×1018 G.Dense stars made of CFL matter allow for the larger magnetic field than dense stars made of normal quark matter. The fourth chapter summarizes and anticipates the whole paper.
