With the rapid development of intelligent transportation construction,transportation,as the infrastructure and important link of a country's social economy,not only gives great help to the national economy,but also experiences a series of transportation problems caused by natural disasters and emergencies.How to scientifically and effectively evaluate the road emergency capacity and the risk of emergencies in the research area,how to visually analyze the comprehensive situation of the road emergency force and accident risk in the city,and how to promote the scientific and quantitative analysis of the urban traffic emergency work have become the current focus.This paper deals with and analyzes the temporal and spatial distribution characteristics of Beijing urban road emergency resource data,and establishes a comprehensive evaluation model of road emergency force and accident risk by using AHP and G1 weighting method.And the multi-dimensional evaluation application and visual analysis of the evaluation model are carried out.On this basis,a traffic emergency resource evaluation system based on the evaluation model is developed.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)This paper elaborates the research background and significance of urban road emergency resource evaluation,the research status of emergency evaluation methods and index system.And put forward the research goal and content of this paper(2)The temporal and spatial distribution characteristics of various road emergency resource data in Beijing are processed and analyzed to form emergency force control map and hidden danger accident distribution map,which provides reference for the establishment of assessment model.(3)Compared with the common emergency assessment methods,this paper studies the appropriate assessment methods and indicators,calculates the weight and establishes the assessment model of road emergency force and accident risk.(4)Based on the multi-dimensional evaluation application of the evaluation model,the thermal diagram,three-dimensional histogram and risk map of the evaluation results are drawn,and the evaluation results are visually analyzed and compared.On this basis,the advantages and disadvantages of various evaluation methods are analyzed and summarized.(5)The WebGIS Application System Based on the evaluation model is designed and implemented,including risk thermal early warning The functions of risk area identification,emergency force comparison,emergency resource evaluation,accident emergency drill,emergency resource management,etc.can be used to directly view the distribution of emergency force and accident risk,and provide scientific decision support for daily management and emergency disposal of emergency.
