With the accelerated pace of wetland information construction,the wetland protection and management work in jiangxi province is gradually deepening.A large number of data achievements have been accumulated in wetland ecological monitoring,wetland resource survey,popular science propaganda and education,and new data are still being generated.These data provide basic support and scientific basis for wetland scientific research,wetland policy formulation,wetland international exchange and cooperation,and are of great significance for the development of wetland conservation and management.However,problems arise in data collection,storage,management,sharing and application.For example,the traditional acquisition method cannot meet the demand of real-time data access in high concurrency scenarios.It is difficult to store and manage data efficiently because of heterogeneous data sources and lack of unified standards.Problems such as poor data distribution and open access.To this end,under the guidance of the theoretical framework of the spatial-temporal information cloud platform,this paper takes the construction of wetland protection and management data as the starting point,comprehensively uses cloud services,Internet of things,geographic information and other technical means to explore the construction of the spatial-temporal information cloud platform for wetland protection and management,and carries out the following work:(1)analysis of wetland protection management data construction in jiangxi province present situation and the main problems faced by,study the development of spatial and temporal information cloud platform and relevant theories,and guided by the theory framework,combining the reality of wetland protection and management work,in-depth excavation of the wetland protection management information cloud platform of time and space and construction requirements.(2)improve the reception method of traditional collection methods,use Netty framework to build a high-performance data receiving service terminal,realize the unified access to the data of the provincial wetland monitoring station and patrol terminal,and make appropriate intervention before data storage,so as to improve the data quality and reduce the burden of manual processing.(3)design and implement the wetland spatial-temporal data center,adopt the hybrid data storage method,give full play to the advantages of distributed storage,and solve the problem of difficulty in wetland data storage and management.On this basis,design and develop the wetland spatial-temporal information comprehensive management system to realize centralized data storage and unified management.(4)build resource service platform,provide data interface and online analysis method,provide spatial-temporal data service and geographic processing service based on GIS platform,and provide external unified service portal for resource discovery,so as to realize connectivity and co-construction and sharing of wetland data resources.(5)study the actual application of the spatial-temporal information cloud platform for wetland protection and management in the visualization and inquiry of wetland spatial-temporal information,remote sensing monitoring of wetland changes and analysis and evaluation of wetland ecological environment status,and analyzes the data support and application support role of the platform.The study of the temporal and spatial information cloud platform for wetland protection and management has realized the whole process of wetland data service from acquisition to storage and then application,which to some extent provides new ideas for wetland resource management and wetland information construction in jiangxi province,and provides decision support and reference for rational development,utilization and protection of wetlands.
