Additive manufacturing is a new processing mode that has developed rapidly in recent years. It has been widely used in consumer electronics, automotive, aerospace, medical, military, geographic information, art design and other fields. In the part forming technology, poor molding quality will occur, and the processing instability will cause some defects, cracks, warping and deformation of the part. These defects will directly affect the performance and characteristics of the material and even cause equipment damage. Therefore,in order to improve the part processing efficiency and the qualification rate of one-shot forming,an effective detection method is urgently needed to detect the deformation of the part topography.Through detailed investigation of various defects that may occur during the metal additive manufacturing process. The causes of each defect are analyzed theoretically and experimentally.Based on the laser triangulation method, carry out related technical research on the surface morphology of reverse reduction machining parts.Firstly,it introduces and analyzes the current processing status in additive manufacturing, focuses on the research on processing technology, processing failure categories, and failure detection methods, and proposes laser detection methods for workpiece deformation,a more stable non-contact laser triangle displacement measurement method is selected;Secondly, the triangulation reconstruction algorithm is used for surface reconstruction, and the reconstruction algorithm is optimized to reconstruct and restore the pre-processed point cloud data and stitching processing;Completed the laser cladding deposition technology and selective laser cladding technology for the design and construction of the deformation laser detection module system. In order to eliminate the shadow effect that occurs in the processing process, different detection modules are designed. Finally, carry out experiments to scan and reconstruct the different processed parts, the detection sensitivity is better than 20 ?m,and finally the detection error analysis is performed.Through the work in this paper,a confirmatory experiment of laser detection of workpiece deformation is realized, and a large amount of data foundation and detection feasibility are provided for the system to achieve online non-destructive testing.Besides,it has certain significance for studying the relationship between the forming process parameters and the deformation profile.
