| [Objective]:Global fresh water resources are facing two major problems of water pollution and water shortage,including Urumqi city.As the second water source of the city,the reclaimed water is one of the important ways to solve the problem of water shortage in Urumqi and plays an indispensable role in relieving water pressure.But the regeneration effect of water treatment and utilization in Urumqi is unclear,so the investigation of Urumqi processing effect and use status of reclaimed water,analyzes the problems existing in the reclaimed water use and put forward the corresponding countermeasure,to Urumqi recycled water facilities to build and provide basis for the promotion use of reclaimed water.[Methods]:In this paper,sampling survey method is adopted to select the hedong sewage treatment plant,hexi sewage treatment plant and qidaowan sewage treatment plant in Urumqi as research objects to investigate the technological treatment effect and utilization status of reclaimed water in Urumqi,analyze the existing problems in the utilization of reclaimed water and put forward corresponding countermeasures.[Results]:?1?Urumqi has a total of 973.3 million m3 of surface water resources,6821.8 million m3/a?year,a?of groundwater resources,and 133.7 million m3/a of natural groundwater recharge,with a total of 1.2774billion m3/a of water resources.The per person water resources is less than 500m3,which is 1/10 of the per person water resources in Xinjiang.Urumqi city has built 9 secondary effluent sewage plants,the total scale of 148.5 m3/d,can be used as renewable water sources.?2?The inlet water of hedong sewage treatment plant,hexi sewage treatment plant and qidaowan sewage treatment plant is domestic sewage,and the effluent all meets the first-level standard A standard of urban sewage treatment plant pollutant discharge standard?GB18918-2002?,that is,CODcr?50mg/L,BOD5?10 mg/L,TP?0.5 mg/L,TN?15 mg/L and NH3-N?10 mg/L,and the sewage treatment effect is good.There is little difference between the unit treatment cost and the unit operating cost of each sewage treatment plant,with the average unit treatment cost of 1.62 yuan/m3 and the average unit operating cost of 1.06 yuan/m3.The operation of each sewage treatment plant has a small impact,and the odor is obvious within 100 m downwind of the sewage treatment facilities,but can not be detected beyond300 m,and the noise value is up to the standard value of the national urban area environmental noise standard?GB3096-93?.?3?The main areas of the utilization of reclaimed water in Urumqi are landscaping,industrial production and farmland irrigation.However,the utilization rate is not high and there is a large room for improvement.In the future,the application of reclaimed water in industrial production and agricultural irrigation should be emphasized.Recycled water reuse can not only improve the ecological environment of the city,provide a reliable guarantee for people's healthy life,and promote the development of industry,agriculture and other industries,but also contain huge economic,social and environmental benefits.There are some problems in the utilization of reclaimed water in Urumqi,such as the imperfect management mechanism,water price regulation mechanism and related policies,and the weak awareness of the public on the utilization of reclaimed water.Therefore,the utilization rate of reclaimed water should be improved by optimizing the structure of water resources,improving the management mechanism and price regulation mechanism,improving the promotion policies and strengthening the publicity of public opinion.[Conclusion]:The reuse of reclaimed water has obvious economic,social and environmental benefits,which is in line with the development strategy of national sustainable development and the establishment of water-saving cities.Urumqi should actively build sewage reuse facilities and deeply popularize the utilization of recycled water,which plays an important role in alleviating the shortage of water resources and its development. |
