Hydraulic pipe bender is the main mechanical equipment for pipe bending,which has been widely used in public railway construction,electric power construction,ships,bridges and other fields,with the increasing demand for pipe bending year by year,The market pays more and more attention to the improvement of the reliability,automation and production efficiency of the hydraulic pipe bender.Through the analysis of the research status of the hydraulic pipe bender at home and abroad,it is found that the research progress of improving the forming speed,processing accuracy,automation and reliability of the hydraulic pipe bender is rapid abroad.Therefore,the relevant research on the improvement of the performance of the hydraulic pipe bender has Certain practical significance.Based on the design and R & D project of hydraulic pipe bender for commonly used fluid transportation pipeline in Tonglida environmental protection equipment Co.,Ltd.,this paper has done the following research:1.Structural design of mechanical system of hydraulic pipe benderBased on the virtual modeling of Solidworks,the structure design of the clamping and bending device,the feeding device,the mandrel device,the connecting rod support device and the bending machine body of the mechanical system of the hydraulic bending machine is carried out,which solves the reliability problem of the mechanical structure of the traditional bending machine.2.Finite element analysis of mechanical structureUsing ABAQUS software,the bending process of pipe fittings and the clamping action of the designed five bar single degree of freedom clamping mechanism were analyzed by finite element method,which verified the feasibility and high reliability of the designed mechanical system.3.Design of hydraulic system of hydraulic pipe benderOn the basis of reliability theory,the hydraulic system of the hydraulic pipe bender is designed according to its processing characteristics,technological process and expected functions.4.Analysis of the failure mechanism of hydraulic pipe benderBased on the fault tree analysis method,the fault mechanism of the designed main shaft bending and follow-up hydraulic subsystem,clamping hydraulic subsystem,feeding hydraulic subsystem,mandrel control hydraulic subsystem and auxiliary hydraulic subsystem is analyzed,and the fault early warning scheme and rapid fault location scheme are established,which improves the reliability of the hydraulic system of the hydraulic pipe bender.5.Reliability verification of hydraulic pipe bender based on entropy weight methodBased on the related reliability evaluation indexes of hydraulic pipe bender,the reliability evaluation index system of hydraulic pipe bender is established,and the entropy weight of each index is calculated according to the variation degree and entropy value of each index.Finally,the comprehensive evaluation of ideal solution is carried out,which proves that the designed hydraulic pipe bender has high reliability from the data.
