The upsurge of building sponge city has been set off all over the country and many attempts have been carried out.However,there are still some problems in the construction of sponge city,such as the lack of understanding of the concept of sponge city,the failure to solve the problem from the regional-city-block multi-scale system,the lack of capital-led,technical support,and the neglect of native plants.On the basis of fully studying the control of urban rain at home and abroad,this thesis aims at some problems existing in the construction of sponge city,on the basis of full studying the control of urban rain at home and abroad,combined with field investigation and cases analysis,using basic theories of landscape ecology,urban hydrology and so on,and taking Xuzhou Institute of Biological Engineering as the study area,carries out the systematic planning research of sponge space system.The main research results are as followings:Constructed SWMM model based on the Arc GIS platform and the model parameters were verified and calibrated according to the comprehensive runoff coefficient to make it suitable for the study area.Analyzed two cases with or without sponge facilities found that the start time of runoff confluence after adding sponge facilities was delayed by 11 minutes and the average peak flow decreased by 80%.Sponge facilities can greatly relieve the drainage pressure of urban pipe networks,but can not completely reduce runoff.Under the control of sponge facilities,there are still two overflow nodes J-5 and J-13.Came up with principle objectives and collaborative planning programs for sponge community construction.The construction of sponge community follows the principle of sponge city construction,and then adjusts according to the characteristics of the community.Because the sponge community occupies a small area and can build limited sponge facilities,it should make full use of the original green space,garden and so on in the community,carry out surface reconstruction as little as possible,and use less money and energy materials to achieve great water control effect.Collaborative planning includes many aspects of "ecology-landscape-humanism" and "master planning-special planning-node design",which puts forward construction requirements for all aspects and multiple scales.Design sponge community collaborative planning schemes of Xuzhou Bioengineering Institute.In the overall planning stage,according to the requirements of the national and the provincial level,as well as the actual situation of Xuzhou collage of biological engineering,determination of 85% of total runoff control target.In the special planning stage,considering the characteristics of different surface types such as green space,building,road,water space and so on,the main functions and suggestions of sponge facilities are put forward.The sponge facilities that can be arranged include sinking green space,rainwater garden,planting grass ditch and so on.Node design stage,select the center square,the main teaching building,track and field sports ground three typical units,for its selection of appropriate sponge facilities combination.There are 34 figures,18 tables and 88 references in the thesis.
