In order to further strengthen the driving force of innovation,China has begun to vigorously implement the "Made in China 2025" plan.The automation and information upgrade on the development of intelligent manufacturing have been promoted.Among them,industrial robot,as the main industry in the field of intelligent manufacturing,has always been the focus of national attention.As the core component of industrial robot,the fatigue performance of RV reducer directly affects the service life of the whole machine.Therefore,in order to solve the problem of low life of existing domestic RV reducer,this paper provided a relatively complete fatigue analysis and optimization design technical solution.The specific work content is as follows:(1)Dynamic simulation analysis.Based on the existing RV reducer products,referring to the relevant technical specifications and design manuals,3D modeling and virtual assembly were completed.The dynamic simulation analysis model was established according to the transmission principle of the whole machine.The accuracy of the model was verified by comparing the simulation analysis with the theoretical calculation results,and the transmission and force analysis between the parts was further carried out.(2)Finite element analysis and fatigue life analysis.Based on the results of dynamic analysis,the finite element analysis model was established.The contact stress distribution of components was obtained by transient dynamic analysis method.And the fatigue characteristics of components were analyzed by considering the geometric shape,material properties,stress distribution and working load of components.(3)Structural reliability analysis based on agent model technology.The parameterized model of parts was established.The proxy model of structural parameters for stress and fatigue life was fitted by experimental desig n method and simulation results.And the reliability of stress and fatigue life was calculated by structural reliability analysis method.(4)Sensitivity analysis and multi-objective optimization design.The sensitivity of structural parameters of parts to fatigue life was analyzed,and the key parameters affecting fatigue life was pointed out.The multi-objective method was used to optimize structural parameters in order to reduce stress and increase life.The results of optimization were verified by finite element method,which proved the feasibility of optimization.In this paper,RV reducer was used as the research object.Dynamic analysis,finite element analysis,fatigue life analysis,structural reliability analysis and optimization design were carried out to study RV reducer.This paper helps to enrich and develop the research and optimization methods of fatigue life and re liability technology of RV reducer,which has certain engineering application value.
