As an emerging industry with in-depth development of manufacturing potential,remanufacturing has broad prospects and huge developmental potential,which can alleviate the pressure of resource and environment and bring higher economic benefit.At present,most of the remanufacturing evaluation studies at home and abroad only consider economic or environmental benefit,but lack comprehensive considerations of multiple benefits.Based on the analysis of the remanufacturing process,this paper considers the comprehensive benefits from the perspectives of economy,energy,resources,personnel and environment,and establishes a comprehensive benefit evaluation system for remanufacturing.The Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA)is used to study the comprehensive benefits of remanufacturing at various stages and overall.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)Through the analysis of the remanufacturing process of used machine products,14 representative and relevant main indicators,taking the economic benefit,energy benefit,resource benefit,personnel benefit and environmental benefit as the entry points,are selected to establish the comprehensive benefit evaluation system of remanufacturing.The paper compares the commonly used remanufacturing evaluation methods,and selects Data Envelopment Analysis as the evaluation method based on the comparison results.(2)The remanufacturing process is divided into six stages of recycling,dismantling,cleaning,processing,assembling and transporting.According to the established comprehensive benefit evaluation system of remanufacturing,each indicator is analyzed in stages according to its corresponding production stage.The appropriate quantitative description is selected to analyze the input and output of each stage and construct the input and output models for each stage and the whole of remanufacturing.The feasibility of models is verified by an example.(3)Establish a DEA evaluation model for comprehensive benefits of remanufacturing,conduct comprehensive benefit evaluation based on cross-efficiency for each decision-making unit according to different stages and the whole,and carry out the correlation analysis of the self-evaluation virtual weight system of the whole remanufacturing process for each decision-making unit by Grey Relational Analysis.Finally,through example analysis,the paper provides suggestions for improvement of investment ratio adjustment,production arrangement,inventory c hange,etc.,so that enterprises can obtain more comprehensive benefit under current production technology level through adjustment of input,output or inventory.
