Wind tunnel experiment is an indispensable part of the development of aircraft and has always played an important role in the research and development of aerospace engineering.As the nerve center of the wind tunnel,the wind tunnel control system is responsible for the scheduling,operation management,coordinated control and precise flow field parameter control of each subsystem of the wind tunnel.It is the core component of the wind tunnel and determines the entire wind to a large extent.The success or failure of the hole system.With the increasingly refined and integrated development of today's advanced aircraft,the wind tunnel test has also developed towards the integration of simulation,measurement refinement,test parameterization and test methods,which also raises the wind tunnel control system.Requirements.In order to improve the wind control system,the thesis carries out in-depth analysis and design according to the requirements of high standards and high precision.Firstly,the design of the overall structure of the wind tunnel is completed,and the wind tunnel operation process is required.The completed gas flow field construction was analyzed in detail,and methods and equipment for controlling wind flow were described.Based on the above analysis,this thesis completed the detailed requirements analysis of the software functions of the wind tunnel control system,and combined with the hardware control and network data system for detailed design and implementation.According to the function requirement,the wind tunnel control software is divided into five function modules: wind tunnel operation management and wind tunnel flow field control.The main control mechanism of each function module and related sub modules are analyzed.At the same time,use case analysis is used to build all levels of use cases of wind tunnel control software system To lay the foundation for the following detailed design.For the precise airflow control that needs to be completed,the thesis has been designed in detail in the control flow and control algorithm.The advanced intelligent human-like algorithm is used to adjust the PID mode to make the multi-node airflow control more precise and intelligent.Finally,through a large number of analysis and experiments,the best control scheme is selected to achieve high precision,high stability,high efficiency and the like.After the system design is completed,through the on-site commissioning and blow test,the scientific evaluation of the wind tunnel operation after the transformation is carried out.The results show that the modified wind tunnel has been improved in many performance parameters such as flow field quality,operating efficiency,automation level,reliability degree,etc.,and basically realized the performance requirements of the expected wind tunnel control system.This thesis adopts the latest design concept and design method to configure a new control system with reasonable structure,comprehensive functions,advanced technology,reliable performance and convenient use for the wind tunnel,so that its flow field quality can fully meet the national military standard qualified index or advanced.Indicators;at the same time take into account the advantages of high degree of automation,high control accuracy,fast speed,good reliability,etc.,to ensure the improvement of wind tunnel flow field quality,improve test capability,improve test efficiency,and obtain high quality test data.
