Ground settlement caused by pipe jacking construction is one of the main reasons restricting the application of pipe jacking construction,especially in the urban center buildings and roads.Surface subsidence will have a great influence on the surrounding environment.It is very important to master the law of surface subsidence to control the surface subsidence,reduce the influence on the surrounding environment,and promote the development of pipe jacking technology.In order to analyze the law of ground subsidence caused by the construction of the boulder bottom pipe in Jinhua area,the data of the test section is integrated and analyzed,and the numerical simulation of the simulated data and the monitoring data is compared.The spatial distribution rule of surface settlement under the geological condition is obtained.Through the analysis of the law of ground subsidence caused by pipe jacking,the construction parameters are optimized,and various measures are adopted to minimize the settlement of the main road(Li Yu East Road)to ensure the safety and unimpeded road.In this paper,the development and research status of pipe jacking construction technology at home and abroad are summarized in this paper,and the construction technology of pipe jacking is briefly introduced through construction site learning.On the basis of previous research on pipe jacking construction technology,the cause of ground subsidence caused by the jacking of pipe jacking in the process of pipe jacking in the process of pipe jacking construction,The spatial distribution of surface subsidence has been further studied in depth.According to the stress state of soil surrounding soil excavation and pipe jacking during pipe jacking construction,the change process of stress state of soil around pipeline during pipe jacking construction was studied,and the rain sewage in the 02 Wanda wide field station in Jin Yidong municipal rail transit was transformed into the project background.The surface subsidence law of the pipe jacking in the round gravel stratum in Jinhua area of Zhejiang is obtained by the data arrangement and analysis of the ground surface excavation of the test section and the vertical displacement of the top ground of the pipeline,and the numerical simulation of the excavation of the test section and the construction process of the pipe jacking is carried out by the ANSYS finite element simulation software.Three The settlement curves of the cross section surface and the longitudinal section of the central axis of the pipeline are plotted by the numerical simulation data.It is concluded that the law of the surface subsidence and the law of the surface settlement obtained from the test section verify each other.The settlement control measures of urban main road(Li Yu East Road)are aimed at minimizing land subsidence to ensure the safe operation of Li Yu Dong Road,the main urban road.The paper has 61 figures,22 tables and 51 references.
