The anti-impact hydraulic supports with energy-absorption components of the folded edges tube is used in rock brush mine roadway,which can effectively reduce the damage caused by rock burst.However,the existing mould cannot process the qualified energy absorbing component,and the side ribbed part of the component is scratched seriously.Through the analysis of the mould,the damage of the component is mainly due to the problem that the inclined top die of the mould is in contact with the existing point,so that the component cannot meet the performance index requirement.According to this problem,the damage can be reduced to some extent by rounded treatment,but it still falls short of industrial requirements.Furthermore,a new type of flip mould is proposed and designed by TRIZ theory.By analyzing the concrete structure and machining process of the mould,the reason that the die can avoid contact with the workpiece effectively is discussed,and the damage of the workpiece is reduced.In this article,the SolidWorks software is used for 3D model,and the finite element simulation software DEFORM is used for the numerical simulation analysis of the existing mould and two types of optimized mould.This paper mainly simulates and analyzes the process of three kinds of processing equipment,the damage of the workpiece in the process and the change of the positive pressure of the die in each stage.The advantage and disadvantage of energy-absorption components formed by three methods are compared.Through the extrusion simulation experiment of the formed components with two optimization methods,it's prove that the components produced by the flip mould are more stable when they are subjected to axial load,and it's not easy to produce off-load phenomenon.Then,the optimization of the process of the flip mould is carried out.The influence of the lubrication condition and the rounded sizes of die on the processing quality is analyzed separately.It's concluded that the rounded sizes of the die is most important factor affecting the quality of the components.Next the influence of the initial temperature of the workpiece and loading rate of each die on the workpiece quality is analyzed by the orthogonal test method.The damage value of the component is reduced to the allowable range of industrial damage,which provides a theoretical basis for the improvement of mould.
