Brain-computer interface(BCI)has attracted more and more attention as a tool that can decode the communication between brain electricity and external environment. As a new method of motion rehabilitation,brain-computer interface based on motor imagery(MI)plays an important role in improving and restoring the motion function of human body. However,BCI based on motion imagination still faces many problems from system design to using. For example,it is difficult for users to effectively use the BCI system after too long training time, and it is difficult for physiological signals induced by motor imagination to be classified and feature extracted. In order to improve the applicability of BCI,previous studies have mainly explored and utilized more brain information from both signal processing and experimental paradigms.More recently, people have been looking for other techniques to boost users' neural activity and enhance the electrical signature of the brain in a short period of time.Neuromodulation technology has attracted wide attention since it can regulate brain activity and improve the response of brain signal sources, which is expected to fundamentally improve the signal quality of BCI.Inspired by this, this paper used transcranial electrical stimulation to generate easily classified EEG signals and improve the ability of motor imagination. This project deeply explores the influence of transcranial electrical stimulation on the motor imagination task ability and compares and analyzes the mechanism of the two kinds of transcranial electrical stimulation. The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)A research platform combining transcranial electrical stimulation equipment, electroencephalogram acquisition equipment, and brain-machine interface based on motor imagination was developed.(2)To study the effect of transcranial electrical stimulation on the ability of motor imagination task.(3)Processing and analysis of experimental results, accurate classification of motor imagination before and after stimulation and ERD /ERS were analyzed, and the electrophysiological effects of stimulation on motor imagination cognitive processing were studied.Through the subject research,(1)it is clear that transcranial electrical stimulation improves the ability of motor imagination task;(2)the influence of transcranial electrical stimulation on brain electrical activity was systematically analyzed, and the mechanism of transcranial electrical stimulation was preliminarily explored. The results of this study provide some references for the application of transcranial electrical stimulation in motion imaging rehabilitation.
