The multi-platform,multi-orbit and multi-time-domain InSAR one-dimensional co-seismic deformation fields were jointly settled by establishing a function model to get high-precision co-seismic three-dimensional surface deformation.The surface deformation monitoring results of InSAR with a simple single orbit can only be roughly reflected in the line-of-sight deformation,which cannot truly explain the threedimensional surface deformation in all directions.Therefore,it is easy to misjudge the deformation results caused by geological disasters,so it is still not accurate in disaster research and prevention.Because of different SAR satellite platforms and satellite orbit and at different time and different imaging processing techniques such as factor can produce measurement precision and the error influence,so this article use of multisource heterogeneous SAR data,through the study of the pretreatment of deformation field(including loss of coherence reconstruction,resampling and normalized processing)and the establishment of calculating equations,using the variance component estimation and poor resistance to least-squares iteration weighting,to determine the weights of observations,and remove observation error,to obtain the stable function model,and then solving the three-dimensional deformation value,ultimately real 3 d surface deformation of high precision,It provides a more accurate measurement value of three-dimensional deformation for geological disaster research.Main innovation points of the paper:(1)standardized deformation field processing flow of multi-source SAR.In this paper,the characteristics of multi-source heterogeneous SAR data are studied,and the down-sampling and normalization of different deformation field data are carried out.(2)A variance component solution model based on robust estimation is proposed.In order to solve the problem of rough deformation,an improved functional model of 3d coseismic surface deformation obtained from multi-source heterogeneous SAR data was proposed,which reduced the influence of rough deformation on the model and obtained a more accurate surface deformation value.
