With the development of network science,people began to pay attention to the spread of the network,and knowledge diffusion is one of the key research contents of complex networks.In the process of exploring the mechanism of knowledge diffusion,this paper established knowledge diffusion models based on individual differences,and analyzed the rationality of the model through numerical simulation.The specific research work of this paper is as follows:First of all,this paper established a knowledge diffusion model based on the differences in individual social diffusion knowledge ability.In the knowledge diffusion system,each individual's ability to understand,digest knowledge and social diffusion knowledge ability is different.Based on this difference,this paper proposed a knowledge diffusion model.In this knowledge communication model,this article divided knowledge owners into two categories: knowledge owners who are generally willing to share knowledge and knowledge owners who are very willing to share knowledge,and set the conversion probability,forgetting rate and transmission rate of different knowledge receivers,and introduced two variables,absorption rate and social diffusion knowledge ability.Then,this paper used the average field theory to solve the the basic reproduction number of the knowledge diffusion model in uniform and nonuniform networks,respectively.The numerical simulation results showed that when the the basic reproduction number is greater than 1,knowledge will be spread in the network;when the the basic reproduction number is less than 1,knowledge cannot be spread in the network.And the performance of knowledge popularization in nonuniform knowledge diffusion network is higher than that of uniform knowledge diffusion network.Further research results show that the final knowers density increases almost linearly with the increase of the absorption rate;compared with the social diffusion knowledge ability,the absorption rate affects the knowledge diffusion process more.In addition,this paper established a knowledge diffusion model based on individual edges weight differences.Many knowledge diffusion networks in real life have a non-uniform topology,and this unevenness is reflected in the difference in the number of individual edges and the difference in the weight of the edge between different individuals,so based on individual connected edges weight differences,this paper established a knowledge diffusion model based on individual edges weight differences.Specifically,this paper used the average field theory to solve the the basic reproduction number of the knowledge diffusion model in non-uniform networks,and carried out a series of simulations in order to verify the theoretical analysis.Numerical simulation results showed when the the basic reproduction number is greater than 1,knowledge will spread in the network and tend to be stable;when the the basic reproduction number is less than 1,the density of knowers gradually decreases with time and eventually tends to zero,which means that knowledge cannot be spread in the network.At the same time,it is found that the density of the final knowers decreases almost linearly with the increase of the weight factor,which shows that the knowledge diffusion network model of weight more reflects the actual knowledge diffusion mechanism.Therefore,in real life,people should increase exchanges with each other and promote the spread of knowledge.
