With the development of economic and social integration,the correlation between various industry fields has been continuously strengthened,and the hazards of public emergencies is increasing.There is a situation of "pulling the whole body".Due to the diversification of information transmission methods,people accept information in many ways.Facing the swarming information flow,it is difficult to choose and be at a loss,which is also more likely to cause panic.In addition to the losses caused by public events themselves,the lack of information also plays a key role in the degree of disaster.In the scenario,people are concerned about the emergency resource points of interest,the information people have is not comprehensive.In order to reduce unnecessary consumption,reduce costs,and meet the needs of the people as much as possible,it is necessary to reasonably regulate and control the situation that resources will be snapped up and wasted when they are used.Accordingly,through theoretical analysis of map information transmission process under emergency scenario in public emergency,aiming at the characteristics of public emergency transmission in news,this paper collects and sorts out the corresponding points of interest of emergency protection resources,and makes personalized recommendation to the public according to the nature,process,regional accessibility characteristics,user characteristics and other factors of emergency.The specific research contents are as follows:1.Put forward the theory of map information transmission under the circumstances of public emergency.This paper analyses the transmission characteristics of geographic information under the circumstances of public emergency,describes the transmission process of map information,elaborates the transmission mode of map information under the circumstances of public emergency,and focuses on the analysis of the space cognition process of the mapping personnel and users,which is used to guide the mapping personnel to produce the media for the transmission of map information.2.Structured acquisition of attributes data of geographical entities based on the Internet,according to the characteristics of network news,construction of text subject vector and subject feature vector establishment of news set of public emergencies,extraction of characteristics of public emergencies using word frequency statistics,feature vector,co-word network and other methods,analysis of impact angle on users,analysis of impact on public emergencies,and experimental verification was performed.3.Put forward the scheme of interest point acquisition of emergency resource,define the definition of points of interest of emergency resource in view of public emergency.Proposed different points of interest acquisition schemes through Internet map,government website,we media website and other data sources,carry out unified conversion of classification system,establish unified mathematical basis and evaluate data quality,and then fuse and generate emergency resource points set of interest set.4.Put forward personalized recommendation scheme for emergency resource points of interest in public emergency.According to the characteristics of map information transmission in the context of public emergency,from the perspective of news impact and relevant characteristics,emergency resources points of interest are combined with public emergency.The accessibility of interest points of emergency resources is analyzed by using the methods of Gauss two-step mobile search model,Hoover model and buffer analysis model based on Voronoi diagram.The personalized recommendation of points of interest is analyzed from the perspectives of characteristics,process,time and user characteristics of public emergency.
