Water is one of the necessary elements in nature,which provides the basic environ-ment for the survival of mankind.The natural liquid water exists in the form of hydrogen bonding among water molecules extending to clusters or a network.As the hydrogen bonding interaction between water molecules or clusters belongs to the many-body prob-lems,it is quite complicated to research this problem in a theoretical way.Whereas the relaxation time of water molecules oscillating or rotating around the balanced state in a water molecules system locates in the field of pico-second or sub pico-second,it is an ide-al tool to use Terahertz time domain spectroscopy which will have obvious benefits.This thesis research on the Terahertz time domain transmission spectroscopy on water film and FeCl3solution film under magnetic field.By analyzing the time domain spectroscopy data we rule out the dielectric constants of these two samples.The main points of this thesis are listed as:?1?We design and carry the experiment of THz generation and detection by the scheme of ZnTe nonlinear crystal,as well as obtain the skills of analyzing the data ac-quired from the sample film.?2?We design a cuvette width 0.1 mm to contain the sample,and we acquire the data of changing of dielectric constant from the sample of water in the environment of three different strength of magnetic fields.?3?We make three different concentration of FeCl3solution,and obtain the THz time domain transmission spectroscopy of them in three different strength magnetic fields.By analysing the characters of THz time domain transmission spectroscopy of these three kinds of solution,we can discover the magnetization effects of the solution under the influence of magnetic field.?4?For the purpose of broad band THz spectroscopy,we establish the two color air plasma generation of THz beamline,and based on the traditional detection method of air biased coherent detection?ABCD?,we proposed a new improved realization method to detect the THz radiation,and we carry the experiment to explore this method.
