The research of factor characteristics and relationships in the Northwest Pacific and North India is inadequate. The 5 year period SODA3 oceanic dataset and NCEP reanalysis dataset and CloudSat dataset have been analyzed to interpret the surface and sub-surface temperature,MLD(mixed layer depth),wind stress and wind stress curl features,as well as the correlations between sea temperature and MLD,sea temperature, wind stress curl.On this basis, the relationships between SST and air temperature, humidity and cloud are also investigated to better understand the sea-air interactions. The results show that:(1)Factors of boundary layer in Northwest Pacific has a significant variation monthly.SST has a negative correlation with MLD in most areas, the correlation index is higher in winter and summer and shows a downward trends near equator, furthermore, this trends is obviously influenced by the SST anomaly.Sub surface temperature has a positive correlation with MLD and negatively correlated with MLD in the Kuroshio area.SST has a positive simultaneous correlation with wind stress vortisity to the north of 15°N.The correlation index is high during Jan.to Mar.and Jul.to Oct..(2)In North India, factors of boundary layer vary evidently every month and between west and east area.SST has a negative correlation with MLD in most areas, the correlation index is higher in middle latitude and lower in north and south. The amplitude of correlation index in a year increase with latitude.Sub surface temperature is correlated with MLD in East India and the correlation is negative in west as positive in east.SST has a simultaneous correlation with wind stress vortisity along the north shore of East India and the correlation index is higher in winter and summer.Air forcing dominates when SST leads and SST forcing takes the place of air forcing when SST lags.(3)In Northwest Pacific SST has a positive correlation with air temperature, the correlation index is higher in Jan.to Mar.and decrease with altitude and shows a downward trends near equator. The trend is obvious during La Nina and not noticeable during El Nino.SST is negatively correlated below 925hPa with relative humidity and positively correlated over 70OhPa.However,the correlation between them in the850hPa is not evidently. In the east of Taiwan, the relationship between SST and the frequency of occurrence of clouds(FOC)has three stages:First(SST<25.5~oC),there are more clouds in the low-level and the FOC decrease with altitude, the dominate cloud type is stratocumulus.Second(25.5~o C<SST<27~oC),clouds concentrate in the low-level,FOC of medium cloud reduces.Third(SST>27~oC),clouds in the high-level exceed low-level,the dominate cloud type is high and medium cloud, low cloud decrease but deep convection increases.
