| In this paper,we use the existing three-dimensional thunderstorm cloud launching and discharging mode,combined with a typical lightning storm in Nanjing,to investigate the effect of charge reset on the discharge effect of thunderstorm cloud after lightning discharge.First,a large number of sensitivity tests were carried out by changing the amount of charge induced by the lightning channel,that is,the charge redistribution after lightning discharge uses the implantation of an opposite polarity charge along the lightning channel.Then add the neutralization scheme for comparison,that is,reduce the space charge concentration at the lightning channel according to a certain ratio.Mainly around the charge structure,potential distribution,lightning channel length and other characteristics of lightning discharge after two charge reset schemes,as well as single lightning characteristics.The following main conclusions are drawn:(1)In the sensitivity test under the implantation method,as the amount of induced charge of the channel increases,the number of lattice points whose space charge polarity is reversed before and after discharge increases,and the space charge structure becomes more complex,resulting in lightning with a short lightning path length.The frequency has increased.(2)Under the implantation method,the lightning frequency decreases as the amount of induced charge in the channel increases.This is because the total charge amount in the mode is constant,and the amount of neutralization charge increases in a single lightning,and the lightning frequency is reduced.The law of ground flash frequency and class change is not obvious,and it is affected by many factors,and has little correlation with the amount of induced charge of the channel.(3)Under the two charge reset schemes,the cloud flash frequency is less than the neutralization method under the implantation method,and the lightning channel length is lower than the neutral channel length under the single lightning method.short.This is because the implantation method has a strong ability to destroy strong electric fields in thunderstorm clouds,and there are more heterogeneous charge stacks in space,so the frequency of cloud flashes is less and the development of lightning channels is limited.(4)Under the two charge reset schemes,the electrostatic energy consumed by a cloud flashing process ranges from 107 to 1010 J.The electrostatic energy consumed in one flashover process ranges from 109 to 1010 J.The electrostatic energy consumed by a single lightning strike under the implantation method.Slightly less than the static energy consumed by a single lightning strike under the neutralization scheme,which is comparable to the level of electrostatic energy consumed in the observations. |
