In recent years,with the advancement of China's "One Belt And One Road" strategy,the ocean has become an important part of China's development strategy.Wind speed and direction are important components of Marine meteorological observation.Due to the characteristics of high humidity,high salinity and high corrosion in the Marine environment,the traditional mechanical wind measuring device will show some limitations,mainly reflected in the characteristics of easy wear,low accuracy,enhanced hysteresis and high maintenance cost.In order to avoid the disadvantages of traditional wind instrument,this paper designs and develops a wind speed and direction meter based on ultrasonic wave.It USES the vector superposition principle of the propagation speed of ultrasonic signal in the wind environment to measure the wind speed and direction with the method of time difference.This topic in the hardware part follow the principle of modular design,choose STM32F103 series chips as main control chip of this equipment,designed to pick up the power circuit,ultrasonic transducer drive circuit,signal amplifier circuit,filter circuit,communication circuit heating circuit,gyro calibration circuit and other circuit module,ultrasonic signal capture different environment,on the principle of time difference method for the determination of wind speed,wind direction.The software development environment is Keil uVision5,and the development language is C language.It integrates the main software modules,including wind speed and direction acquisition software,heating control software,communication software,gyroscope calibration software,etc.,to complete the development of the whole instrument and realize the measurement function of wind speed and direction at sea.Considering the complexity of the Marine environment,ship sloshing and seawater corrosion will affect the anemometer to some extent.Protection and anti-interference measures are taken for the system components to improve the service life and data accuracy of the equipment.Finally,the circuit board appearance test,signal test,wind tunnel test and EMC test are carried out on the system.Through various tests,it can be known that this product is suitable for measuring wind speed and direction data in the offshore environment.
