Energy is the foundation for China's economic development,China's coal resource collection area is in the transition from large,small,scattered,chaotic small mining areas / mines to the coal base.However,little research has been done on the system of coal gathering bases.This paper specifically studies the structural conditions,hydrogeology and main environmental geological problems faced by the coal mining base in China.The research method is the graphic overlay analysis,in which the coal accumulation base includes the Mengdong(Northeast)base.Jinbei Base,Jinzhong Base,Jindong Base,Yuzhong Base,Luxi Base,Henan Base,Lianghuai Base,Shendong Base,North Shaanxi Base,Ningdong Base,Yungui Base,and Huanghua Base.The geological cloud platform developed by the Northeast Institute of Geography and Agricultural Ecology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences was selected as the analysis platform.This platform provides users with a large collection of scientific research value maps,The platform provides users with three graphic overlay methods: synchronous viewing,windowing view and layer switching.The conclusions are as follows:The east coal accumulation base in the middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River is located in the Jinzhongnan Neoproterozoic-Early Paleozoic depression;the Luxi base is located in the Luxi block;the Lianghuai base is located in the North China Basin;the Shendong base,the northern Shaanxi base,and the Ningdong base.They are all in the Mesozoic depression area of ??Ordos.The concentrated area of??the North China Coal-Containing Base is located in the craton of the North China Block and is rarely affected by strong tectonic deformation.The Mengdong base is located in the Erguna micro-continent,which belongs to the Late Paleozoic arc-rock basin of Hailar,which is affected by the continental marginal structure and has poor stability.The Yungui base is located in the crater of the Yangtze plate and belongs to the Paleozoic depression belt of the Bamian Mountain,which is less affected by the plate structure.The Ningdong base is more affected by the fault structure than the Shendong base and the northern Shaanxi base.The Shendong base and the northern Shaanxi base are located in the abdomen of the Ordos Basin.The sedimentary conditions are good,and the main structural influence is the low-lying fold structure in the basin.It is a coal-concentrating base that is less affected by the fault structure in the concentrated area of ??the coal-bearing base in North China.The central bases of Suizhong,Jinbei,Jinzhong,Jindong and Henan are affected by different degrees of tensile and extrusion fracture structures,making this area a tectonic area where tension and extrusion coexist.The Luxi coal accumulation base and the Lianghuai coal accumulation base are located at the edge of the Yucheng-Liangjiang deep fault,which is obviously affected by the tensile strike-slip fault structure.The overall trend is that the overall trend of the tectonic development from the east to the west coal accumulating base has the extensional extension of theextensional nature to the fracture structure of the central extension and compression and then to the stable and low-lying pleated basin area.The formation and evolution of the Mengdong coal accumulation base is mainly affected by the interaction between the Eurasian continent and the Pacific plate.The northern part of the Yungui base is mainly affected by the folds of the platform caprock,while the south is mainly affected by the fault structure.Analysis of Class I groundwater system in coal gathering base:Class I groundwater system in the Ordos Basin and surrounding plateau:Ningdong Base,Shendong Base,North Shaanxi Base,Henan Base,Jinzhong Base.Class I groundwater system in Huanghuaihai Plain: Jizhong Base,Jinbei Base,Jinzhong Base,Jindong Base,Henan Base,Luxi Base,and Lianghuai Base.Heilongjiang Wusuli River I-level groundwater system: Mengdong baseSub-tropical humidified groundwater system in the hilly plain of South China,Class I groundwater system: Yungui baseAnalysis of Class II groundwater system in coal accumulation base:Lanzhou-Yinchuan Basin Groundwater System(II): Ningdong Base.Ordos Groundwater System(II): Shendong Base,North Shaanxi Base,and Jinzhong Base West.Haihe Groundwater System(II): Jizhong Base,Jinbei Base,Eastern Jinzhong Base,Jindong Base,Henan Base.Groundwater system of the ancient Yellow River and the northwestern plain of Shandong(II): north of the Luxi base.Huaihe River Groundwater System(II): Two Huai Base.Hulun Lake Groundwater System(II): Mengdong Base.Groundwater system of karst mountain groundwater system in South China(II):Yungui base.The concentration area of ??the coal-bearing base in North China is mainly caused by soil salinization,groundwater level decline,land subsidence and seawater intrusion.The Jinzhong Base,the Jinbei Base,the Jindong Base,and the North Shaanxi Base are the most serious areas of comprehensive problems.The longitudinally distributed coal-collecting base has more serious problems of land resource destruction and the discharge of three wastes than the horizontally distributed coal-collecting base.Jinbei Base: Land subsidence and ground fissures in this area are the primary environmental geological disasters.Both the North Shaanxi Base and the Jinzhong Base are facing serious collapse,land destruction and three wastes.From the Jindong base-Henan base-Luxi base--Huaihuai base,the geological disasters in the mining development area have transitioned from the debris flow-prone area to the ground-collapsed area to the collapse-prone area.The environmental geological problems caused by mining development in the Mengdong base are generally lighter,and the main problems are concentrated on the treatment of wastewater waste and the occupation of land resources.The environmental geological problems of the Yunnan-Guizhou base are in a serious area,and the karst collapse,debris flow,landslide,collapse,and soil erosion are developed.Mainly for mudslides and collapses are the most serious.The differences in the overall environmental geological problems of the coal-concentrating base are as follows:Area I belongs to the mining area that causes the worst damage to the primary environment.Area I is mainly faced with soil erosion and land resource destruction.Zone I is distributed to the Mengdong(Northeast)base.The environmental geological problems caused by mining development in Zone II are the most complex and variable.The II-1 district is the most concentrated in the problem of subsidence caused by mining development and the discharge of three wastes;the problem of land subsidence,ground fissure and salinization in Zone II-2 is the most Severe;Zone II-3 has the most serious decline in groundwater level,seawater intrusion and collapse.
